For walk-ins we normally can get you in and out the door between 45 – 60 minutes. Times vary depending on customer count, creativity, and creation detail.

Due to all the variables involved in taking reservations, we have learned that we do better serving our customers on a first come, first serve walk-in basis.

We can accommodate most small groups that come into our store.  However, we do tend to get busy during certain times, like Spring, Fall and Winter Breaks and many weekends.

During our busy times, we ask that you be patient and understanding with staff as they work through getting each group set up. Depending on the number of groups we have in the store, we may need to put you on a waiting list. At that time, we will call you as space is available.  Wait times could be anywhere from 10 minutes to up to 1 hour.

For groups between 5 and 8, we suggest you call ahead the day of your visit, to see if we can accommodate you.  We would also appreciate the heads up!   Please note: Calling ahead is not a reservation.  If needed, we will put you on our wait list and call you as space opens.

For groups of 8 or more who want to have a food eating, present opening, tie dye celebration, we ask that you book a party ahead of time. Please Note: During Spring, Fall, or Winter Break Weekdays, party reservations may only be booked after 4:00pm.

While we’re all about the fun experience of coming into “the lab” to create your own design, we realize that extra time is hard to find but you still want a unique Tie Dye Lab creation. Perhaps you want to order multiple creations for a whole gaggle of people. Whether it be for a family outing, team spirit wear or fun corporate attire, our Tie Dye Lab staff are happy to make one-of-a-kind tie dye creations for you. Wash Out and Care Instructions

We’ve had 2 year olds up to 90 year olds tie dye with us and look forward to have our first 100 year old birthday party. All ages can tie dye, however we’ve discovered that 8 and under typically need extra help and certain designs are easier than others. While there will be staff to guide everyone, we ask that parents of children 8 and under be ready to help your child with the process (what a great activity to do with your child 🙂 ).
